What we process

The name, company, phone, city, requested services and notes you enter in the quote form.

Why

To prepare a quote, arrange a site visit and contact you about your request. Legal basis: Law No. 6698, Art. 5/2-c (entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Who receives it

If you send the form via WhatsApp, the message travels through WhatsApp (Meta) by your choice; by email, through your email provider. We do not share your data with anyone else or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

During the quote process and for up to 2 years afterwards. If a contract is signed, statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object. Contact: info@altunbilisim.com.tr.
